USA – ETC and Pharos announced Pharos Express, the ideal DMX and DALI control system for dynamic architectural lighting and the new name for Pharos Expert.
Pharos introduced the new name last week at LEDucation 2026, where attendees were able to see the system in action with live demonstrations at the Pharos booth located next to the ETC booth.
Built around a single, reliable “set and forget” controller, Pharos Express is an award-winning, cost-effective control solution that is easy to specify, install, and program. The Express software brings intelligence to the forefront, offering curated options for scheduling, control, and integration, with support for DMX and DALI, built-in contact closures and relays, and control of up to 3,072 channels. A streamlined interface with guided helpers and tooltips makes programming intuitive and predictable for architectural projects.
“Express brings DMX and DALI control together in a single system for architectural lighting, and the focus has always been on keeping it simple to commission and accessible,” said Jack Neill, Product Director at Pharos. “Having ETC offer it to their customers is something we had been looking forward to—our shared history and experience make it a great fit.”
ETC showcased a wide range of new products at its booth. Attendees were able to explore the new DALI Gateway, new Paradigm Touchscreens, EchoTouch 3.4 and F Drive RX, along with an exclusive preview of the upcoming Paradigm Central Control Server Mk2.
“We have seen a great deal of excitement around Pharos Express, as it delivers easy and intuitive control for applications that require both DMX and DALI. ETC is excited to bring Express to our customers and showcase what it can do,” said Shawn Fernandez, Product Manager at ETC.
Pharos Express will soon be available through ETC sales channels, with order acceptance beginning in the coming months. For more information, visit the
