USA – SAVe Sustainability in AV today announced that Michael Blackman, Managing Director of Integrated Systems Events, the organizer of Integrated Systems Europe (ISE), will deliver the keynote address at the SAVe 2026 Global Conference, taking place October 13-14, 2026, on the campus of UCLA in Los Angeles, California.
“Michael Blackman will speak on the topic of how a commitment to sustainability drives innovation in AV,” says Christina De Bono, Founder and President of SAVe. “We are tremendously excited to have Mr. Blackman share his knowledge with our attendees. As an industry leader who oversees the world’s largest AV technology showcase, he is uniquely wellpositioned to inform and inspire not just our conference participants, but the industry as a whole.”
Shortly after the founding of SAVe in 2022, ISE expressed interest in joining forces with the independent, US based, non-profit organization to advance sustainability in the AV industry. In the ensuing months, SAVe became ISE’s official sustainability partner, and in January 2023 attended ISE for the first time. ISE 2026 marked SAVE’s fourth appearance at ISE in that capacity.
“From the outset, partnering with SAVe was a natural step for us. At ISE, we see sustainability not as a separate initiative, but as a responsibility that must be embedded across the entire AV ecosystem,” says Michael Blackman, Managing Director of Integrated Systems Events. “By working together to advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals within our industry, we are helping to drive meaningful change on a global scale, connecting innovation with purpose and ensuring that the growth of our sector is both responsible and future focused.”
In the coming weeks and months, SAVe will provide details on the 2026 Global Conference agenda, speakers and sponsors.
“It is hard to overstate the value of having Mr. Blackman deliver the keynote address at SAVe 2026,” says Christina De Bono. “The theme is this year’s event is ‘Lead the Change’ and his presence sends a very clear message to our industry, and to the world, that the AV industry is stepping up to do its part to meet the needs of the present in a manner that will allow future generations to meet their own needs.”
