From NAB Show, Sennheiser presented one of the most comprehensive proposals at the exhibition, showcasing how the integration of capture, processing, monitoring, RF coordination, and immersive audio is redefining professional audio workflows.

Rather than focusing on a single product, the company emphasized a comprehensive vision capable of supporting every stage of a production. This strategy was reflected in the integration of technologies from Sennheiser, Neumann, and Merging within the same ecosystem, designed to address the needs of broadcasters, production companies, studios, and audio professionals.

“Our proposal is to offer solutions for the entire workflow of any broadcaster, from capture to final playback, integrating every stage within the same ecosystem,” stated Julio Bracho, Sales Director for Latin America at Sennheiser.

This vision begins with capture. The solutions presented range from specialized broadcast microphones to tools designed for immersive production, a segment that continues to gain prominence across different audiovisual industry markets.

“Our capture solutions range from our MKE 8000 Series shotgun microphones to specialized tools for immersive applications, allowing us to respond to different professional production scenarios,” explained Bracho.

But the proposal does not end with signal acquisition. One of the pillars of Sennheiser’s current strategy is the integration between capture and processing, relying on technologies developed by Merging and Neumann to facilitate the transition toward fully digital environments.

“The integration between Sennheiser, Neumann, and Merging allows us to support users throughout the entire professional audio journey, from capture and processing to playback and immersive mixing,” he noted.

Within this workflow, tools such as Merging interfaces, Anubis units, and Neumann’s MT48 make it possible to build more flexible and efficient production environments, ready to meet the current demands of broadcast, streaming, and content creation.

However, if there was one technology that captured much of the attention during NAB 2026, it was undoubtedly Spectera. The bidirectional wideband wireless ecosystem continues to position itself as one of the industry’s most significant innovations and once again took center stage in Sennheiser’s showcase.

“Without a doubt, Spectera is here to stay and change the paradigm in live sound,” highlighted Bracho.

The company also used the exhibition to present the new SKM handheld transmitter for the platform.

“The addition of the new SKM expands Spectera’s capabilities and is an important step in the evolution of our wireless ecosystem, which will soon be available in Latin America,” he stated.

The arrival of this new solution in the region is expected in the coming months, consolidating a strategy aimed at bringing state-of-the-art technologies closer to professionals across Latin America.

Another development that continues to gain relevance within the Sennheiser ecosystem is SoundBase. Since joining the company, the platform has undergone constant evolution aimed at addressing the needs of users, RF coordinators, and wireless system operators.

One of its main differentiators is its ability to work with systems from multiple manufacturers.

“SoundBase allows frequency management and coordination in highly complex environments, from large festivals to corporate installations, even when working with systems from different manufacturers,” he reported.

This openness makes the platform an especially attractive tool for large-scale events, international tours, and venues where multiple wireless technologies coexist.

The proposal is completed by Neumann’s vision for the future of immersive production, with new possibilities for spatial mixing through the Vis application, developed to work alongside Apple spatial reality devices.

“The new immersive tools allow much more intuitive forms of interaction with audio, expanding creative possibilities within postproduction processes,” assured Bracho.

For Sennheiser, all these solutions are part of the same strategic direction: building complete ecosystems capable of connecting hardware, software, monitoring, RF, and immersive experiences within a coherent and scalable platform.

“Innovation continues to be one of Sennheiser’s pillars, both in the development of broadcast solutions and in the evolution of tools aimed at immersive audio and the creation of increasingly precise experiences,” concluded Bracho.

From NAB 2026, the company delivered a clear message to Latin America: the future of professional audio is not about isolated products, but about ecosystems.
