The company adds MuxLab solutions to its portfolio, including technologies for signal distribution, IP-based audio and video, control, videoconferencing and broadcast. The partnership brings an ecosystem to the Venezuelan market that integrates platforms such as Muximus and Mux Control, offering tools to address a wide range of professional integration needs.

AV integration is finding new possibilities through IP networks to distribute content, connect devices and manage systems within increasingly flexible control environments. This evolution offers new alternatives for corporate projects, collaboration spaces, commercial installations, control centers and applications related to audiovisual production.

In this context, Audio Concept is adding MuxLab to its portfolio in Venezuela, a partnership that expands the solutions available to integrators and AV professionals in the country.

The manufacturer develops technologies for videoconferencing, broadcast, KVM, digital signage, distribution and control, Dante solutions, and IP-based audio and video systems. Its offering covers a range of applications that share a common requirement: transporting, managing and controlling audiovisual signals according to the characteristics of each installation.

For Audio Concept Venezuela, this addition represents an opportunity to bring tools to the market that enable integrators to address projects of varying complexity.

Muximus: A platform for managing AV over IP

One of the components of the MuxLab ecosystem is Muximus, a platform that allows users to manage the distribution of audiovisual signals over IP networks through a web interface.

Its operation relies on devices such as the 500813 transceiver, which can perform both transmission and reception functions within the same system. This architecture allows content to be sent from different sources to multiple destinations, with centralized signal management.

The platform features a drag-and-drop interface that simplifies the assignment and rearrangement of content across connected displays.

Its capabilities include multiview and videowall configurations, used in installations where multiple sources must be viewed simultaneously or images distributed across several displays.

With the 500813 model, the system can handle up to nine simultaneous video sources at 1080p resolution, a capability that can be particularly useful in applications requiring different signals to be brought together within a single viewing environment.

Muximus thus offers an alternative for managing AV distribution through a web-based platform, simplifying certain operating and configuration tasks.

Mux Control: When distribution also requires control

MuxLab’s offering also includes Mux Control, a platform compatible with Android and iOS devices that allows users to manage system functions and integrate control of third-party equipment.

This capability extends the solution beyond signal distribution, enabling different devices to become part of a unified operating experience.

Available options include control through IR and RS-232 signals, commonly used to manage functions on compatible audiovisual equipment.

The ecosystem also supports video streaming via RTSP, allowing certain streaming sources to be incorporated into distribution configurations.

The combination of Muximus and Mux Control addresses two related needs within an installation: deciding which content is sent to each destination and managing the functions of the devices that make up the system.

For integrators, this relationship between distribution and control provides tools for developing solutions tailored to the operational requirements of each space, from corporate environments to digital signage applications and professional AV systems.

A partnership bringing new technologies to Venezuela

The addition of MuxLab expands Audio Concept Venezuela’s portfolio into solutions related to connectivity, signal transport and AV management.

The agreement also brings technologies to the local market that can be used in fixed integration projects, collaboration spaces, commercial installations and other professional applications.

Adriana Montañez, Country Manager of Audio Concept Venezuela, highlights the significance of this new chapter for the company.

“For Audio Concept Venezuela, this partnership with MuxLab means much more than adding a new brand to our portfolio. It allows us to bring technologies into the country that expand the possibilities for audiovisual integration and offer a wide range of professional tools to develop robust projects that support human experiences. We are confident in the growth of the Venezuelan market and want to continue contributing to its development by facilitating access to solutions that are already part of the evolution of our industry.”

The new relationship between the two companies brings a range of solutions to the Venezuelan market covering different stages of AV integration, from connectivity and signal distribution to management and control.

An ecosystem for different integration needs

MuxLab’s technology offering brings together tools for a wide variety of applications. Videoconferencing and collaboration solutions coexist with systems for broadcast, KVM, digital signage and audiovisual distribution over IP networks.

Within this portfolio, Muximus and Mux Control represent part of the ecosystem focused on simplifying content management and device operation through centralized interfaces.

The availability of these technologies through Audio Concept opens a new chapter for MuxLab in Venezuela, providing alternatives for professionals involved in the design, development and implementation of audiovisual systems.

The partnership brings new tools to the local market and expands the possibilities for projects in which connectivity, content distribution and control are part of the same technology architecture.
