Wholestage, the official distributor of L-Acoustics in the Dominican Republic, has unveiled the first L-ISA Auditorium in the Caribbean, marking a significant milestone in the region’s professional audio landscape. This state-of-the-art space represents a bold step in Wholestage’s mission to deliver next-generation technology and transform the way live sound is experienced.

With the introduction of L-ISA (Immersive Hyperreal Sound), Wholestage is offering clients, technicians, and industry leaders an opportunity to go beyond traditional audio formats into a new realm of spatialized, multidimensional sound. It’s a leap toward artistic precision and emotional impact, giving engineers and artists an unprecedented level of creative control.

The launch event was held in Santo Domingo and featured two curated sessions that brought together key clients, sound professionals, and collaborators.

The afternoon session focused on a deep-dive into the technical and creative capabilities of the L-ISA platform, while the evening session provided a second immersive demo that concluded with a cocktail reception. During this networking space, guests engaged directly with the Wholestage and L-Acoustics teams to explore the possibilities of immersive sound and its applications across different event formats.

The sessions were led by the Wholestage team in collaboration with L-Acoustics:

  • Jonathan Del Villar, CTO of Wholestage
  • Marco Pineda, Product Application Manager at Wholestage, who supported the system calibration.
  • Alex Soto, Application Engineer for Latin America and the Caribbean at L-Acoustics, who handled the calibration of the auditorium.
  • Ángel España, Sales Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean at L-Acoustics, who accompanied the sessions, engaged with clients, and communicated the value proposition of this transformative technology.

“At Wholestage, we believe in the transformative power of sound. We channel that power to create unique experiences that connect, inspire, and transcend, giving our clients the possibility to live those moments through cutting-edge technological solutions.” expressed Jonathan Del Villar, CTO of Wholestage.

This new auditorium serves not only as a demo room but as a regional hub for training, creativity, and technical innovation, allowing artists and engineers to test ideas, design sound systems, and be inspired by the future of audio.

Wholestage’s L-ISA Auditorium is now open to the Caribbean’s audio professionals a space designed to empower the industry, elevate the art, and deliver truly unforgettable sound experiences.
