Brazil – BeFly Hall experienced an intense week in May with three major international performances: Dire Straits Legacy, Men At Work and Dream Theater. The concerts took place on May 9, 10 and 12, bringing together audiences from different musical backgrounds, ranging from classic rock and pop rock to progressive metal.
BeFly Hall is one of the leading venues for live music and large-scale events in Belo Horizonte. Originally opened as Marista Hall, the venue has hosted international artists such as Robert Plant, Deep Purple, Pet Shop Boys, Massive Attack, Joss Stone and The Offspring over the years, in addition to numerous national and international tours.
The deployment included 28 EVENT-212A systems and 22 EVENT-218A systems in the main PA. Coverage was completed with four EVENT-208A systems used as front fills. Six EVENT-210A and four EVENT-218A systems were also used as side fills, together with 16 EVENT-210A systems as out fills. The setup additionally included four EVENT-208A systems as delays for the VIP area.
RSom Studio Produção e Audiovisual, a Brazilian company with more than 20 years of experience in the audiovisual sector and regularly involved in large-scale productions and events in Belo Horizonte, was responsible for the sound system deployment during the concerts.
