Amid technology, knowledge, and an increasingly solid community, Shure made its mark at CAPER 2025 with an approach that combines global vision and local action. With the participation of David Román, Sales Director for Latin America, and Daniel Pitta, Product Specialist, the brand reaffirmed its commitment to innovation, training, and joint work with Tevelam, its official distributor in Argentina.

In an edition of CAPER marked by the reconnection between brands and professionals, Shure once again demonstrated why its name continues to be synonymous with excellence. For David Román, the Argentine market is a key piece within the company’s strategic map in the region. “Argentina has always had a very strong technical community, with professionals who set trends. For us, strengthening our presence here also means consolidating our regional strategy,” he emphasized.

That strategy is reflected in a portfolio designed to respond to a diverse ecosystem where broadcast, corporate, and live entertainment converge. “Our goal is to offer a portfolio capable of integrating with the different needs of the current market, from major festivals to the most complex conference systems,” explained Román.

The brand’s growth in the country is supported by a strategic partner: Tevelam, Shure’s official distributor in Argentina. “Tevelam is a partner that allows us to reach Argentine professionals with proximity and real support,” said Román. The synergy between both companies aims to strengthen the local presence with a network of technical support, distribution, and training that guarantees comprehensive assistance to the end user.

Innovation with history: technology that evolves without losing identity
With a century of history, Shure maintains its philosophy intact: to innovate without forgetting the identity that led it to become a global benchmark. “Our responsibility is to continue innovating without losing the essence that brought us here: the trust of our users. Every new product must honor that history,” said Román.

That vision materializes in developments that set trends in the professional audio industry, from Axient Digital systems, known for their RF precision, to Microflex and IntelliMix solutions, which integrate advanced connectivity, remote control, and energy efficiency.

Additionally, the recent development of solutions with Dante connectivity and network control reaffirms Shure’s commitment to interoperability and technical efficiency, two key pillars in the new era of professional audio. “Shure remains a reference not only because it develops technology, but because it actively listens to users to understand how they apply it in the real field,” added Román.

From the technical side, Daniel Pitta presented innovations in wireless systems, designed for an increasingly demanding environment in terms of stability and spectrum management. “Today the challenge is not only to achieve the best audio quality, but to ensure control and reliability in an increasingly saturated environment. At Shure, we design with that in mind,” he explained.

Among the most notable solutions are the new ENX4, compatible with Axient Digital and ULXD, as well as the latest generation of Microflex Wireless. “Each product seeks to simplify the professional’s work: less technical uncertainty and more confidence in every connection,” Pitta pointed out.

Training, community, and a shared future
Beyond hardware, Shure promotes a culture of knowledge and collaboration that reinforces its bond with the regional technical community. From the Shure Audio Institute (SAI), the company develops training sessions, webinars, and certifications throughout Latin America. “We want to continue growing together with the technical community. In 2025 we hope to carry out in-person certifications in different Latin American countries, with RF practices and product training,” Pitta announced.

This commitment to education is no coincidence: it is part of the brand’s DNA. “Shure not only sells technology—it shares knowledge. And that’s the difference that builds long-term trust,” he emphasized.

With one hundred years of existence, a solid network of distributors, and an increasingly active community, Shure reaffirms its regional leadership by betting on technological innovation, human connection, and constant training.

From Argentina, and alongside Tevelam, the brand consolidates a network of knowledge and support that transcends borders, reaffirming that innovation is not only measured in technology, but also in the relationships that sustain it.

Where there is sound, there is Shure. And where there is knowledge, there is future.
