Argentina – The Spanish brand Lightshark, recognized for its multiplatform approach to professional lighting control, made its official debut in Argentina through its new distributor: NASH Ingeniería. The event, held at the company’s showroom, brought together professionals from the technical community in a day that combined demonstrations, talks, and a close, collaborative atmosphere. Partners Jorge Barcala and Maximiliano Moreno were personally in charge of the presentation, in which they shared both the brand’s philosophy and its vision for the local market.
“Lightshark offers fully intuitive lighting control, designed to provide fluidity and power from any device,” highlighted Moreno, who led the technical segment. “The LS-1, together with the LS-Wing and the LS nodes, make up a solid ecosystem: eight DMX universes via sACN or ArtNet, ten physical faders, a 4.5-inch touchscreen, and a robust aluminum build. All this with a web-based interface that allows control from tablets, laptops, or smartphones without additional software.”
During the presentation, the equipment was fully integrated into the showroom system, with connected and operational luminaires, allowing attendees to test each console, wing, and node in real time. “We wanted professionals to experience Lightshark firsthand—not as a demo, but as a true control session,” explained Barcala, who also emphasized the strategic value of adding the brand to the portfolio: “Lightshark brings a modern, portable, high-performance solution. We are confident it will be a great ally for technicians, rental houses, and schools in the country.”
Attendees expressed enthusiasm about the portability, intuitive design, and features of the line, anticipating its incorporation into future projects and configurations.
The arrival of Lightshark in Argentina marks the beginning of a new stage for NASH Ingeniería, reinforcing its commitment to technical excellence and post-sales support. “Our work doesn’t end when the product is delivered,” concluded Moreno, “it begins there—with support, training, and an active technical community around every brand we represent.”
