Germany – On 19 November 2026, LANG AG will bring together drone show operators, technology manufacturers, production specialists and industry representatives at the LANG ACADEMY in Lindlar, Germany, for a day dedicated to the present and future of this growing market.
The Drone Summit will serve as a meeting platform specifically designed for an industry that has been steadily growing but remains highly fragmented. Manufacturers, software developers, operators and regulatory bodies from different countries often work in parallel, and the event aims to create a common space to encourage exchange among these different stakeholders.
Organized by LANG AG in collaboration with DroneDreams, the event will combine expert presentations, exhibitions, live demonstrations and networking opportunities. The initiative is designed to give participants the opportunity to discover new technologies while establishing direct contact with the people who develop and operate them and who work on the regulatory frameworks governing their implementation.
The organizers expect up to 200 professionals from manufacturers, software providers and brands to attend. Participating companies include Damoda, Verge, WOWDrone and Flystack, which will showcase their technologies at the LANG ACADEMY.
The programme will also feature a stage dedicated to examining different aspects currently shaping the evolution of drone shows. For those looking to explore specific topics in greater depth, the Drone Summit will also offer Expert Sessions covering subjects such as entering the drone show business, the specific characteristics and regulations surrounding pyro drones, integrating drone shows into live productions, and strategies for developing the right fleet.
Among the specialists participating in these sessions is Natale Di Rubbo from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), together with other experts and industry thought leaders.
The experience will extend beyond presentations. Attendees will have the opportunity to see the technologies in action during dedicated demonstration sessions held at LANG AG’s own drone field. The day will conclude with a large-scale show.
