Colombia – Argentina – The audiovisual integration industry has a new meeting point in the region. InfoComm Latin America on the Road is coming to two of Latin America’s most dynamic cities as a prelude to the second edition of InfoComm Latin America, bringing industry knowledge, trends, and connections to a broader audience of professionals across the region.

Colombia and Argentina represent two of the most dynamic markets with the greatest growth potential for audiovisual integration in South America, driven by increasing demand for technology solutions in the corporate, education, government, and entertainment sectors, among others. For this reason, the event will make two strategic stops: Bogotá on August 5 and Buenos Aires on August 11. In both cities, attendees will enjoy a full-day program, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., combining keynote presentations and professional networking activities.

An invitation-only event

InfoComm Latin America on the Road is an invitation-only event designed to ensure a focused audience composed of professionals from the audiovisual integration industry and end users connected to it. This allows both the educational sessions and networking activities to become genuine opportunities for exchange among people who share common interests and challenges. Those interested in attending can request an invitation through the event website at: http://www.infocomm-americalatina.org/infocomm-america-latina-road.

Sergio Enrique Gaitán Serrano, CTS, DTCP, AVIXA Regional Manager for Mexico and Northern Central America, will present the session “Beyond Trends: What Drives and What Results from Audiovisual Technology Adoption?”, connecting AVIXA market research data with what is happening in the real world: which solutions are gaining popularity, what specific needs they address, and how end users across the region are adopting AV technology.

Next, the AVI-SPL team, featuring Sofía Arreola, CTS, John Romero, and Julián García, will present “The 5 Keys to Elevating Audiovisual Experiences,” a practical session exploring the fundamental principles for creating high-impact audiovisual environments, from user-centered design to innovation and operational excellence.

Darío Ángel González, Head of Sales for Logitech for Business for the NSC LATAM cluster, will present “AI in Everyday Life: How Artificial Intelligence Is Transforming the Workplace Experience.” This practical presentation will examine how AI has become the silent answer to everyday user expectations: meetings that start on time, remote participants who can be seen and heard as if they were physically present, spaces that operate without friction, and the opportunities this creates for integrators and distributors across Latin America.

This will be followed by “The 5 Keys to Elevating Audiovisual Experiences,” presented by the regional AVI-SPL Argentina team: Gabriela Molina, CTS, Eduardo Travi, CTS, and Diego Passarini, Regional Sales Director for South America and General Manager of AVI-SPL Argentina. The session will explore the key principles for maximizing the value and effectiveness of audiovisual environments, featuring practical examples tailored to the Argentine market.

The program continues with sessions from Eventos con Éxito, Crestron, Tecso, and Shure covering different aspects of the industry, including live events, audio design for commercial spaces, smart environments, and the future of AI-ready meeting rooms, concluding with a Pro Training session by Dinalight.
