Brazil – Global LED manufacturer INFiLED has officially launched operations in Brazil, strengthening its presence in one of Latin America’s most established and strategic LED markets.

The expansion will see the opening of a new Experience Centre in São Paulo in March. Based in Vila Leopoldina, a key creative and technology district in the city, the facility is designed as a hub for integration, experimentation and creative development, allowing customers and partners to explore the full capabilities of INFiLED’s product portfolio in an immersive environment.

The company said its Brazilian operation will follow its global “customer intimacy” strategy, focusing on close collaboration, long-term partnerships and locally supported, tailor-made LED solutions that address clients’ technical and creative requirements throughout the full project lifecycle.

The new business is led by Orlando Custódio, CEO of INFiLED Brasil, who brings decades of experience in the Latin American LED market. His previous projects include the supply of more than 6,000m² of LED to Ipiranga petrol stations and broadcast installations for Grupo Globo’s Seleção SportTV, as well as work for TV Globo and NBC at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

“With the Brazilian LED market at an advanced stage of maturity, INFiLED’s arrival in the country represents a new level in technological sophistication,” said Custódio. “What currently concerns the industry is the aggressive low-price strategy adopted by some competitors. Inevitably, quality suffers – with potentially disastrous results. This is not our strategy.”

“With our state-of-the-art products, a well-structured local operation, continuous technical support, and a deep understanding of the dynamics of the creative, advertising and audiovisual markets, INFiLED is looking forward to showing the Brazilian market how its top-tier display solutions and world-class customer experience set it apart from the crowd.”

Eddie Guo, founder and CEO of INFiLED, said the move underlines the company’s belief in the importance of local presence.

“The opening of the Experience Centre in Brazil clearly represents more than an expansion of our operations – it reflects our belief that proximity matters. By having a local presence with local team members, we can better support our clients, respond faster to their needs, and continue expanding our project portfolio across the region. This move allows us to grow our presence in a highly dynamic market while staying closer to our clients.”
