Eurotruss BV has announced the appointment of Gerko Arends as chief operating officer, effective from 1st of April 2023.
Gerko has extensive experience in leadership, project management, and business development in the aluminium welding industry, demonstrating all the qualities necessary to assume leadership of the Eurotruss daily operations.
In his new role, Gerko will be responsible for the overall business operations of the Eurotruss HQ in Leeuwarden and will work with CEO Martyn Kuyper, CCO Frank Schrage, and the management team at Eurotruss BV to implement the strategic vision and values of the firm. He will also be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing Eurotruss’ product and manufacturing strategy across all the business units within the Eurotruss Group.
During his ten-year career at Altrex, Gerko has gathered valuable experience in the development of a state-of-the-art production facility with a highly skilled team of professionals. Therefore Eurotruss is pleased to welcome Gerko at Eurotruss BV.
