Italy – The summer of 2026 marks a significant expansion for Cipiesse, a long-established company based in Rezzato, near the northern Italian city of Brescia, that has been a fixture of the shows, conventions and events business for almost fifty years. Having secured a series of important new contracts for the current live season, the company has invested in the Outline Superflysound system, which now joins its inventory alongside the large-formatGTO C-12 line array acquired last year.

Alongside long-running commitments such as the Brescia, Bergamo and Vallecamonica Summer Music series, Cipiesse has won the audio contracts for several significant new festivals. In the northern region of Lombardy, it will handle Lazzaretto Estate in Bergamo, a summer season built around a wide-ranging, high-profile multidisciplinary programme; in the neighbouring region of Veneto, it takes on Bassano Music Park in Bassano del Grappa, where on 31 July Sting will headline a bill studded with other major international names. Together, these engagements confirm the company’s rising profile on the Italian live scene and explain its continued investment in industry-benchmark systems.

Cipiesse’s relationship with Outline reaches back to the 1990s, when it first began deploying the Brescia manufacturer’s point-source systems. In the early 2000s it adopted the celebrated Butterfly line array – still in service today – and later the Mantas range, before last year’s move to the GTO C-12. With Superfly, the company takes a further step along a path it has followed for three decades, building its inventory around the Brescia brand under the guidance of founder Santo Bertocchi and partner and operations manager Marco Riva.

Commenting on the deal, Federico Bianchi, general manager of Audio Link, Outline’s Italian distributor, adds: “With Superfly now at Cipiesse, the Outline network in Italy grows a little wider, and for rental companies that counts for more and more. When a service company lands a production that outstrips its own inventory, being able to turn to colleagues who run the same systems makes all the difference: you can top up your stock with identical products at short notice and keep the whole setup consistent, even on the largest productions. It is a real operational advantage, above all in terms of time, and it is one of the reasons why more and more Italian rental companies are choosing Outline.”
