USA – Blackmagic Design will host a training session on Fairlight Live at AES Show 2026 in Nashville, Tennessee. The session will be led by Mary Plummer, Audio Workflow Specialist, who will introduce the capabilities of this new, free, software-based live audio mixer.
Fairlight Live makes it easy to design a custom mixer and adapt audio workflows to different production requirements, from stereo to 5.1 surround sound and immersive formats. The training is designed for both podcasters using a professional audio mixer for the first time and experienced sound engineers accustomed to working with hundreds of channels. The goal is to demonstrate how to harness Fairlight Live’s powerful tools for seamless and efficient audio production.
The training session will take place on Saturday, October 31, at 1:00 p.m. CT, at the Showcase Theater, Booth #220, during AES Show 2026.
