Chile – MMT, together with Blackmagic Design, has announced the staging of Blackmagic Week Chile 2026, an exclusive event aimed at professionals in the audiovisual industry that will bring leading international specialists to Chile to share the technologies, tools, and workflows currently used in some of the world’s most important film, television, and streaming productions.
The event will take place on July 21 and 22, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Sala Gente, located at Av. Apoquindo 4900, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile.
Over the course of two days, cinematographers, producers, colorists, editors, technicians, production companies, broadcasters, OTT platforms, universities, and professional content creators will be able to attend conferences, technical demonstrations, and specialized sessions focused on the technologies that are transforming the audiovisual industry.
One of the event’s main highlights will be the presentation of the Blackmagic URSA Cine 17K 65, the new large-format cinema camera developed by Blackmagic Design to meet the demands of the highest-end productions. Attendees will also discover the latest features of DaVinci Resolve Studio, the professional platform that integrates editing, color correction, visual effects, audio post-production, and collaborative workflows into a single solution.
The program will feature the participation of two international Blackmagic Design experts.

A cinematographer and digital cinematography specialist with an outstanding international career in film, television, and technical production. During his presentation, he will analyze the trends redefining cinematic production and demonstrate the Blackmagic URSA Cine 17K 65, showcasing its capabilities for large-format productions and the workflows currently implemented by studios and production companies around the world.
Cecilia Belliz
DaVinci Resolve Studio Master Trainer and Blackmagic Design Ambassador.
A colorist and international trainer with more than twenty years of experience in professional post-production. Belliz will present the latest tools in DaVinci Resolve Studio, including AI-powered features, real-time collaboration, HDR color grading, finishing, and workflow optimization for film, television, and digital platforms.

Blackmagic Week Chile 2026 has been conceived as a space for training, technology updates, and networking for the Latin American audiovisual community, giving attendees the opportunity to experience first-hand the solutions used in international productions and discover new tools to optimize their creative and technical processes.
