The acquisition, expected to close on October 31, 2025, marks a major step for twoloox, a company founded by Daniel Kaminski, Barbara Battaglia, Daniel Schäfer, and Andre Maier. The move builds on twoloox’s deep connection with the Pandoras Box ecosystem and reinforces its commitment to delivering advanced AV and immersive media solutions.
With this acquisition, twoloox will continue developing real-time media server and control technologies that power visual productions from live events to interactive installations. The owners of twoloox are Daniel Kaminski, Barbara Battaglia, Daniel Schäfer, and Andre Maier. The anticipated closing date is October 31, 2025.
