The acquisition, expected to close on October 31, 2025, marks a major step for twoloox, a company founded by Daniel Kaminski, Barbara Battaglia, Daniel Schäfer, and Andre Maier. With this acquisition, twoloox will continue developing real-time media server and control technologies that power visual productions from live events to interactive installations.
