Through an initiative that is being developed by Gilberto Morejón, Powersoft’s Sales
Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean, representatives of the technical
service department from different distributors in the region are participating
of a series of special meetings, focused on integrating the support network in
each country.
This time it was Brazil’s turn. From its office in Miami, Universal Music, Powersoft’s
distribuidor in the Caribbean, Brazil and Colombia, organized the most recent
meeting together with Gilberto, having the participation of Fabiano Rezende, Technical Support Head for
Universal Music in Brazil, who has a wide experience in repairing, and Rohan
Slacks, director at WASI Entertaiment Group and Powersoft certified technician
after taking the course dictated over the last months by Marco Mannucci,
International Technical Service Manager at Powersoft, which was carried out at
WASI’s offices.
The purpose
of these meetings is increasing intercommunication between service technicians
in Latin America and the Caribbean so they can share the experience they got
through time which you can also gain by practical learning while repairing
products, offering technical service for the brand in an integral and efficient
way and uniting the Powersoft certified technicians family in the continent.
“It is a
practical way of exchanging experiences and ideas to improve our technical
service support in the region,” said Jean Costa, Universal Music’s president.
More
technical meetings will take place shortly in the offices of WASI Entertaiment
Group repair shop in Plantation, Florida, with the participation of different
representatives of other Latin distributors.
It is important to say that WASI is
working together wth Powersoft US to provide authorized technical service in
the East Cost of USA and the Caribbean.
