The Outline ET Series of computer-controlled motorized turntables that allow devices under test (DUT) to be positioned with a high degree of accuracy relative to the relevant data receptor(s) has two new members — ET50-3D and ET250R2-3D — both accomodating different speed and load requirements.
In suitable test environments, ET Series products are tools for measuring a range of different sorts of emissions, including electro-magnetic, optical, acoustic and others. They used in a multitude of industry sectors and are also employed by universities and research institutes for measurement of devices that including loudspeaker systems and tranducers, microphones, mobile comms devices, antennas, hearing aides, smart devices, solar panels, domestic appliances, medical equipment and more.
Both models offer a new Ergal aluminum hardware design that achieves military-spec mechanical resistance while reducing overall weight. In addition, they deliver a wider choice of rotation speeds with enhanced maximum handling loads and a simpler user interface with an input/output communications port based on TTL signals. The key to their accessibility, data acquisition and control is a network interface that fosters remote control via standard Ethernet protocols.
