+ Sound Shanghai 2016 is garnering industry attention as the show date draws
close, especially with its comprehensive fringe programme that aims to forge
business networks, enhance information exchange and provide technical training.
This leading exhibition for the pro audio and lighting industry in Asia will be
held from 26 – 29 October in its new location in halls N1 – N3 at the Shanghai
New International Expo Centre.
During
the fair, a range of technology-oriented forums and seminars will be held

VPLT
International Audio Training Course 26 October 2016
Jointly
organised with the German Entertainment Technology Association (VPLT), this
training course will focus on technology and applications of line array systems
by leading pro audio brands and industry experts. Kling & Freitag, one of
the foremost speaker brands in Germany, will share new ways in line array
technology and beam steering with practical demos on software and hardware.
Professional sound system engineer Mr Wu Tong will illustrate the fundamental
theories of linear array speakers and its application on live performances.
Lighting
and Visual Design for TV Production Seminar 26 October 2016
Through
theories and case studies, global lighting design experts will give an in-depth
analysis of the concepts and technologies used in the broadcasting and
television sectors.
UHD Studio Lighting – Focused on KBS 4K Historical
Drama
Mr Cheol
Lim Sang, Lighting Director of Korean Broadcasting System will discuss the
differences between HD shooting and 4K shooting. He will also share
cutting-edge approaches and concepts about these technologies and equipment, as
well as their applications on KBS historical drama series.
Lighting System Integration for TV Studios
Mr Zhang
Rong,Director of Media Centre of Radio and Television Shanghai, will unveil the
lighting integration of virtual, interactive and multimedia technologies behind
its revolutionary TV studio.

This
year’s Concert Sound Arena will house the largest outdoor line array
demonstration in Asia ever with 15 global brands, allowing audiences to have a
complete overview of some of the best systems available in today’s market.

Vision
X Network?27 – 28 October 2016
Building
on last year’s success, Vision X Network will continue to establish a platform

In
response to the surging demand from the recording and production sector, the
newly established Recording and Production Zone located in Hall N1 will include
