The leading sound system manufacturer announced that, starting on September 1, 2024, Tevelam will be the official distributor of DAS Audio in Argentina. This agreement marks a new chapter for the brand in the country, offering the complete range of DAS Audio products, along with technical support services for both hardware and software, as well as specialized training.
With this agreement, DAS Audio strengthens its distribution network and ensures that customers in the region will receive quality service and a competitive offering, aligned with the brand’s values of innovation and commitment.
The Valencia-based company highlighted that they are very excited to have Tevelam as their strategic partner. Their experience in the market and focus on customer service perfectly align with DAS Audio’s vision for expansion.
Manuel Peris, CEO of DAS Audio, shared his vision regarding this strategic decision: “We have been present in Argentina since the early 90s. While for many years our presence in Argentina through our previous distributor was proactive, in the last decade, we saw a limitation in our market activity, especially compared to other countries. The Argentine market was not growing at the same pace. The spectacular post-COVID sector growth, except in Argentina, made it clear that we needed a change. After many discussions, partnering with Tevelam is a challenge for us. Being part of a leading company in Latin America, with international knowledge and strategies, excites us as we reposition DAS as the benchmark brand in Argentina.”
Regarding expectations for this change, Manuel Peris added: “We aim to be more proactive, introducing the new DAS systems, which have been so successful worldwide, but until now, we had not been able to introduce in Argentina. Together with Tevelam, we will be presenting these systems to the Argentine professional audio sector at the end of October.”
When asked about the Argentine market, Peris stated: “Argentina has been, is, and always will be a reference country worldwide. With the current boom in Argentine music and productions, it is crucial for DAS to once again become a key player in the professional audio sector.”
For his part, Leandro Arguello, Commercial Director of DAS Audio for Latin America, described the responsibilities of the new distributor: “Tevelam will be responsible for the commercial, technical, marketing, and educational management on behalf of DAS. We will bring the truth of our brand to the Argentine market, characterized by historical and global proximity, to offer ideal solutions for sound in any environment or live event.”
Regarding DAS’s future in Argentina, Arguello expanded: “We will replicate the actions we have carried out throughout Latin America and the world: introducing technological innovations and systems with high sound quality. We will once again take a leading role, also in Argentina.”

DAS’s presentation in Argentina will take place in October, with a highly impactful technical and educational event showcasing the latest in the brand’s technology.”
