B&C Speakers has announced that it has acquired 100% of the share capital of Eminence Speaker US by Eminence, also under the control of Eminence Holdings, a significant part of its assets, through a Newco entirely owned by B&C.
Eminence Speaker has around 90 members of staff and is active in the sector of design and production of electro-acoustic transducers for professional use intended for the musical instrument market (Mi-Musical Instruments), alarm systems and after-market car audio. The company was founded in 1966 on the initiative of Bob Gault and has established itself since the 1990s, under the leadership of his son Robert, as an internationally recognised brand. Currently the Eminence brand is marketed in over 50 countries, mainly through the OEM channel.
