The event brought together audio experts and enthusiasts in Buenos Aires to explore the latest in professional audio technology. With an interactive approach, participants were able to test and get an up-close look at the most innovative equipment on the market, solidifying this event as a key gathering point for the sound industry in Argentina.

Buenos Aires became the epicenter of professional audio with SENNHEISER DAY, a day dedicated to experiencing firsthand the quality of Sennheiser equipment, organized in collaboration with its official distributor in Argentina, ARS Technologies.

This event was designed to provide attendees with a practical and direct connection to the brand’s technology.

“The main goal was to bring the equipment closer to the audience,” commented Gonzalo Cuiñas, Marketing at ARS. “We wanted them to be able to see, try, and experience Sennheiser products in a practical and direct way.”

To reach the ideal audience, ARS launched an invitation through its newsletter, targeting followers of the brand and audio professionals in Argentina. According to Jazmín Serra, Marketing Manager for Sennheiser Latin America, the response was immediate and exceeded all expectations. “From the very first minute, the response was very positive. We reached the maximum number of participants we expected.” There was certainly a genuine interest from the local market to learn in-depth about the equipment and its applications.

SENNHEISER DAY was an invaluable opportunity for ARS and Sennheiser to strengthen ties with Argentine users, offering a space where participants not only tested the products but also understood why Sennheiser is one of the most respected brands in the global audio industry.

The event attracted a wide range of audio professionals. As Gonzalo noted, “We had all kinds of specialists, from technicians, sound engineers, and integrators to musicians.”

To structure the attendee experience, the event was organized into four thematic stations: Broadcast, Live Sound, Studio, and Corporate & Education. Jazmín explained, “Each space featured specific products and was staffed by trained professionals who guided visitors on the practical use of each model.”

“Each rotating group had 35 to 45 minutes per station, where they received a hands-on explanation. Additionally, the format allowed for a ‘Hands-on’ experience, where attendees could directly test the equipment.”

Without a doubt, this structure, designed to optimize interaction and learning, solidified this experience as unique for audio professionals in Buenos Aires.

Feedback from attendees reflected a high level of interest and curiosity about the technical features. Gonzalo points out, “We received some questions and concerns about the specifics of the products, as well as compliments for the experts who provided concrete and thorough answers.”

While ARS aimed to give equal importance to all the displayed product lines, some products captured special attention among the audience. The TC BARs at the Corporate & Education station, in particular, received very positive feedback and sparked special interest. “We received very good responses about all four thematic areas,” said Gonzalo, but acknowledged that this technology was one of the most talked-about during the day.

Neumann equipment also stood out, especially in the Studio station. “The great quality and features of this brand sparked a lot of conversation,” Gonzalo detailed, highlighting attendees’ enthusiasm for being able to experience firsthand the precision and potential of this reference technology in recording studios.

The EW-D Digital Wireless line was also particularly requested and discussed throughout the event, mainly for its versatility and multiple applications in various environments. Although all the product proposals generated interest, it was at the Live Sound station where the questions were more intense, and the activity extended longer than expected.

The interaction between the public and the experts was highly praised by the event organizers. “We were surprised by the engagement of the audience,” said Jazmín. “Without a doubt, I highlight how the attendees made the most of the space for questions and discussions, participating actively during the explanations and demonstrations.”

In addition, the event included several complementary activities to enrich the experience, such as a raffle at the end of the day and a cocktail on the rooftop at sunset, providing an ideal space for networking and strengthening connections within the industry.

SENNHEISER DAY in Buenos Aires was a resounding success. “I think the event was a huge success,” said Gonzalo. “Between the rotating station dynamic, the chosen venue, and the remarkable response from the public, I can’t give it any grade other than a 10.”

Without a doubt, the ARS team achieved its objectives: bringing Sennheiser equipment closer to the public and generating a pioneering, hands-on, and educational experience.

Looking ahead, ARS Technologies has plans to continue collaborating with the German brand. “We’re already planning new events and looking forward to the brand’s product launches to bring them to our country as soon as possible,” Jazmín commented, excited for what’s to come.

SENNHEISER DAY fulfilled its purpose. It brought the attendees closer to the technology with activities that promoted exchange and practical experimentation, reaffirming the commitment between Sennheiser and ARS Technologies to continue driving the growth of the audio industry in the region.
