With Samantha Potter and Aldo Werner in attendance, Allen & Heath presented its new AHM series of audio matrix processors in Buenos Aires. The event, organized by ARS at the Palacio Libertad, brought together integrators, engineers, and specialists from across the country, consolidating the brand as a key player in the development of the professional installation market in Argentina and the region.
Buenos Aires has settings that tell stories. And this time, the Palacio Libertad was the meeting point where technological innovation and the professional community came together under the same banner: to discover the possibilities opened up by Allen & Heath’s new AHM series in the world of professional audio installation.
The event, organized by ARS, the brand’s official distributor in Argentina, was not just a product presentation. It was a technical, educational, and strategic experience.
Professionals from across the country attended, including integrators, systems engineers, and project managers seeking to make a leap in quality, scalability, and control.
A meeting space with global leaders
The event featured special participation from two key figures from Allen & Heath: Samantha Potter, Install & Commercial Audio Manager, and Aldo Werner, Sales Manager for Latin America. Their direct presence confirmed that the Argentine market is playing an increasingly active role in the brand’s regional strategy.
“ARS is proud to bring Allen & Heath’s international seminars and its representatives to Argentina, maintaining the level and professionalism that characterizes this prestigious brand,” explained Florencia Pousa, ARS manager.
“This event was a great experience for our clients, who were able to witness firsthand, firsthand, all the possibilities offered by the new AHM line.”
And the possibilities are numerous. The new version 1.6 of the system, which will be released soon, promises key features: “It includes more processing blocks, the ability to mount multiple AHMs together to create a giant system, and third-party control expansion to integrate with more manufacturers,” Samantha Potter explained during her presentation.
A community eager to grow
The event was a success. And not only because of the number of attendees, but also because of the level of technical participation. Questions, discussions, exchanges… and a lot of curiosity.
“We saw great interest in the AHM line from the entire community of audio installers and integrators in Argentina,” Florencia emphasized.
“The seminar met the objective of presenting these powerful matrix processors, which allow for the creation of a scalable solution for corporate, retail, hospitality, and educational environments, among others.”
Potter felt the same: “Everyone has good questions. Even at the coffee shop, people approached us with very real concerns about how to apply these solutions here. I felt very welcome. It’s very exciting.”
A Forward-Looking Strategy
Aldo Werner’s presence helped outline the brand’s outlook in the region. “There are countries that are already doing very well with AHM, such as Argentina, Mexico, and Colombia. In others, we are still developing the market,” he acknowledged.
“We want AHM to be among the five best-selling solutions in Latin America in three years.”
The potential, according to Werner, lies in all segments where audio needs to be distributed and integrated: “Hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, concert halls, churches… anywhere there is audio, AHM can be applied.”
And to achieve this, Allen & Heath is heavily committed to support and training: “We are starting to travel more to Latin America to give talks. We participate in trade shows like InfoComm Mexico and CAPER. All of this is part of the support we want to provide to further develop this market.”
Up Close, with Full Support
Beyond the technology, the event was a clear demonstration of how Allen & Heath works with a solid and committed network of distributors.
“Providing the opportunity to have direct contact with brand representatives helps us gain a deeper understanding of the products and their applications,” Pousa noted.
In addition to technical expertise, ARS guaranteed comprehensive support: “From pre-sales to after-sales service, we are involved in every phase of the project: analysis, design, installation, start-up, official warranty, and technical support. We accompany the client from start to finish.”
A closing that opens the door
In an increasingly competitive and specialized market, AHM is not presented as just another option, but as a versatile, powerful tool ready to be integrated into real solutions. But the difference lies in how it is presented: with proximity, knowledge, and support.
And if this event at the Palacio Libertad made one thing clear, it was It is clear that technology takes on another value when it is shared with a technical community that listens, asks, learns and applies.
